What is Make a Change?
Make a Change [https://www.makeachange.uk.net/] offers direct support for those who want help addressing their harmful behaviours. The programme also offers advice and guidance to family and friends, and professionals who want to help them change.
People wanting help to change join a group (or in some cases one-to-one) programme to work on understanding their behaviour in relationships, and to receive support to make positive changes for themselves, their partner or ex-partner, and their children. Separate, confidential support is also offered to their partner or ex-partner.
Make a Change was developed by Respect [https://www.respect.org.uk/] in partnership with Women's Aid Federation England [https://www.womensaid.org.uk/%5d]. It is currently being delivered in Coventry by Relationships Coventry and Warwickshire [https://relationshipscovandwarks.org/], Coventry Haven [https://www.coventryhaven.co.uk/] and Panahghar [https://www.safehouse.org.uk/].
